Super 8 installed but not visible

Hi all. I submitted a support ticket but didn’t receive a response. Your help with my installation/compatibility issue is appreciated.

I have the same issue on my M1 Pro & M2. Both running Ventura. Native Access shows Super 8 is installed. I even selected reinstall. No dice. Although there is a Super 8 folder in the Applications list, the standalone app is not located in that folder. It only contains the documentation. I can see the plug-in is install in my operating system’s VST3 plug-in folder.

i’ve checked, and it’s not listed in Ableton plugin list and it doesn’t show up as an instrument in Reaktor either.

Any insights?
