So I purchased a Maschine Studio second hand at the weekend. I have discovered that the serial number is still registered with it's previous owner.
So I registered a support ticket with NI per their instructions and am now waiting to see if they are able to remove the serial from the other account.
I cannot contact the previous owner since they sold it through CEX in the Uk.
However I have the various receipts and serial numbers and photos of the hardware.
How long am I likely going to need to wait before this is actioned, or some knowledge as to the progress of my ticket.
I want to be sure that if this process does not work, I'll be able to return my hardware to CEX.
Any thoughts?
