Session Guitarist - Electric Vintage will not download!!

I have tried to download and install Session Guitarist - Electric Vintage on several computers but after I click download I immediately get an error message that reads "download failed".

I've already allowed full disk access as well as deleted the files from the download drive and restarted as advised by the support links, but the problem still remains.

This is an issue consistent with several of our computers and we have tried every possible solution that the NI Support website provides.

Once installed, please run Native Access so that it can correctly authorise.
