You should start new topic and fully explain issue vs commenting on other posts. Your other post complains kontakt 6 does mot work with M1 when i am running it today on mac mini m1 base model with 8gb ram. Start new post and explain what you did to install it, to authorize it in native access...did you rtfm and open in standalone...did that work? If trying to open in daw, which daw?

Generally, software not refundable since you can use it if you install properly, which your pals here will try to help you with, but tech support can also help you. But you need to provide more ino and/or put in support ticket to actually get help. 😁
