Can't install, stuck on "searching for updates", tried so many things (screenshot attached)

I have done all the official steps this company recommends. I can't get this installed. My firewall is completely disabled. Running as admin, etc. Doesn't work. Windows 10, latest updates. Any ideas? Thanks so much. (see screenshot)

    Does someone at Native Instruments want to explain why I just was able to successfully install the program after connecting to a German VPN?

    @marshill88 Some firewalls on routers/modems can cause downloads to be interrupted (especially if you are using a company's internet connection that has heightened security). Using German VPN connection bypasses this issue it seems.
