Left channel and usb light flashing

Hi guys. As soon as I plug my controller to my computer, the left channel indicator bar starts going up and down and the usb light starts flashing. And my controller does not work. Any ideas please?

I’ll try upload a photo. Controller is Numark 4Trak and computer is Mac. Thanks

Hello,

does it the same without traktor opened? Have you tried another USB cable and port? If you open macs midi studio do you see it as device? Has anything changed in your setup?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

It only happens when I plug the USB cable into the laptop.

Im unable to change the USB cable as its fixed to the controller.

On my Mac it says device connected.

Nothing has changed with my computer.

Its very strange and annoying! Any other ideas? Thanks for your help!
