KK S88 MKII is at 127 velocity all the time. How to resolve? [SOLVED]

Hi there,

I have a KK S88 keyboard. It's abut 8 months old. Has been working fine. I hadn't used it for a few weeks. Today when I went to play on it, I noticed the note velocity was constantly at maximum.

I've checked the MIDI data (using MidiView app) and I can see that every key touch is at 127. So maximum velocity.

Is there a setting someone that would cause this?

Obviously it's not specific to any particular software or computer. The keyboard itself is outputting all MIDI notes at 127.

    Okay. That was easy. Discovered a comment online about a "Fixed Vel" key. Totally forgot that key existed way over there on the left (have never used it). Somehow it had inadvertently been activated.


    Problem (with my memory) solved.
