CPU goes to Max 100% when using 2 track decks and 2 remix decks with samples.

I recently upgraded to windows 11 and notice as soon as I load samples in the remix decks and touch the platters on my Kontrol S4MK3, the CPU spike to 100% and sounds terrible. This does not happen if the remix decks are empty. There are no dropouts when the decks are just playing normally. Has anyone encountered this issue. I am using Traktor 3.8 on Windows 11 with S4MK3. Everything is up to date. (Drivers and optimized).
Thanks much.
