Battery 4 Faders and Knobs UNUSABLE

I've been reading about this issue forcing people to update to Waves V14. Well, I thought that would work for me too but it didn't. I still can't use Battery 4. This is killing my high.

My system

Apple M1 Macbook Pro

Mem 16gb

OS: Ventura 13.1

Do you mean that you experience the issue even when no older Waves plug-in is on your system? Let me know and I'll create a ticket for us to investigate.

I've been having the same issue too. I've updated Waves to V14 and I think I removed all the files from older versions but the knobs and faders issue are still happening.

The issue doesn't happen when I open battery standalone.

Am I missing some process except updating Waves?
