transfer ID format is not correct

i all, I bought a second hand kontrol s4 mk3 and I would like to import it into my account, but when I have to import it I get this message.."transfer ID format is not correct" what should I do? Thank you.

    My friend.... Never, ever share a serial number or any sort of sensitive private data on a public forum! I blurred it out.

    Assuming the seller didn't scam you this is a matter for tech support, regular users can't help you much with this... Go here to submit a ticket:

    Maybe he gave you a serial instead of a transfer ID, common issue.

    From my experience transfer ID's have this format (as far as the number of digits and the hyphens):

    XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

    But it might change, no idea tbh
