Unable to install anything by changing the default location, /User/Shared. I formatted an external hard drive in FatEx, but it doesn't work. How do I use an external hard drive. I'm on Mac Big Sur 11.1. Thanks for your help... renek(a)

exFAT is not recommended. Use APFS instead.
