Record Lock State changes? Internally no, not possible.
They can however be triggered via MIDI Change, easy if you're running MAS in a DAW.
If running in standalone you can either use a virtual MIDI driver (IAC on MacOS or LoopBe1 on Windows) and configure an empty Sound to send MIDI thru it then use the same Port in the MIDI Change Menu.
You can also do this by phisically connecting a MIDI cable from the output in the back to the input next to it, only worth in for those with an Maschine Plus tho.
The above applies to Scene and Sections changes aswell.
