Traktor 2 LE loud beeping problem

I have an old Reloop Mixage DJ Controller with Traktor DJ 2 LE software that used to work well on other PCs. But when I installed the Traktor on my new computer, the software plays a loud beeping sound that repeats in rhythm with the music.

Any ideas how can I fix this problem?

    The strange sount is not the part of the original music. Here is a better record with an other song

    Quite strange indeed. Does this occur with every loop / track or only with specific material?

    when I've tried it with any loop or music, it sounded like that everytime

    Hmm, I am honestly stumped here.

    So whenever you play any kind of audio file, you have this extra sound in your output? And the behavior still persists?

    Yes, unfortunately the problem still exists. I also tried the software with an external sound card (novation audio hub 2x4) and there were the same symptoms. This makes the software unusable. Any suggestions on what else can I try?

    It would be interesting to know whether the behavior als occurs in Pro 3 - my suggestion is to check this out using the Pro 3 demo version. What's the result?

    Hey

    Unfortunately the problem also exists with Traktor Pro 3 Demo. So we can exclude the software error and the sound card error. What else could be the problem? The motherboard?

    Do you have some other sound interface/card that you can try on?
