My Maschine won't activate .

I have owned this product since the very beginning . ever since I updated to the new portal . I can not activate my Maschine . when I try and activate it takes me to the portal site but just stays on the activate screen and never goes any further . the ring just keeps spinning . what am I doing wrong ?

    @Ahmadon What version of the Maschine software are you trying to activate? What new portal do you mean, Native Access 2 vs Native Access 1? Can you share a screenshot of that "activate screen" ?
