How to make Traktor recognize new wav tracks (Mac OS Ventura 13.1)?

Hi there,

I purchased some new wav tracks and Traktor tells me that files cannot be played as they might be missing, corrupt or unsupported. This has never happened before. I purchased, downloaded the music files and reloaded them again - no change. iTunes recognizes and plays the files without a problem.

Is it perhaps related to a bug between Mac OS Ventura 13.1 and Traktor? I downloaded this new comp system not so long ago...

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for your support!

"DRM-protected music files cannot be played back in TRAKTOR. This affects for example AAC-tracks bought in the iTunes store."

"...only the latest versions of the following software products are supported on macOS 13 Ventura."

    Traktor Pro 3.7.1

Do the files have any non-standard characters in the filenames/titles? Accented/diacriticals etc? There's a known bug if you try to import them from iTunes.
