I opened a support ticket with NI a few weeks ago for a brand-new damaged S61 and got a mailing label to return it. Once in the mail, NI has been completely unresponsive. I know my keyboard was delivered to NI - but no one responds and I have no idea when a replacement will be mailed. I am really stunned as to how bad customer service of this company is. No contact emails or phone numbers. I called an 866 number - was given a 323 number which gives static. No answer. When will I see my keyboard?
