Massive X PWM Question (beginner mode)

Hi,

I'm trying to learn synth programming from scratch using different synths including Massive and Massive X. In old Massive I can set my wavetable to "Pulse-Saw PWM" and use the Pulse Width (or otherwise Intensity) knob for pulse width modulation. How do I achieve the same thing within Massive X? How can I create pw modulated square waves?
