Factory Library 2's Clarinet has weird noise

When played, weird delayed background noise (sounds like broom sweeping or dragging something on the ground) is heard. It gets more evident if played loud and long.

Any idea?

    sounds a little bit like my problem with Prime Bass:

    I just checked with Kontakt 7 standalone: The clarinet sounds normal to me on my PC.

    Hopefully you find a solution.

    Quite recently, I have received and installed Kontakt 7 (or Factory Library??? not pretty sure). As of now, weird noise disappears. Happy.

    I also have another issue open (Violin sound volumes are too small/big for only two notes), which is not resolved yet.
