Kontakt sound pans left

Using any Kontakt instrument the sound pans left every instance. Anyone have a solution?

  Are you sing it standalone or inside a DAW?

  @Lonnie James Yeah, we'll need more info on that one, like operating system, DAW and some kind of more detailed description of the issue.
