    I am going to buy S88 with Komplete 12 select from a dealer from Vietnam - musictool.

    Do I have a chance to upgrade to Komplete 14 standard through this summer of sound program?

    I have purchased Komplete 14 Standard and Kontakt 7 is included as full version. Now I've got the offer to "crossgrade" Kontakt 7 for 99,50 EUR. Why should I do this?

    There is also an update for Komplete 14 Standard (I already own) for 99,50 EUR. What is the difference? Is it a new version?

    I'm a bit confused.😳

    I just started producing music. I have been at it for over a year. I now want to get into pop music. I want to make stuff for Justin Bieber as well as other pop artists. Any recommendations for pop sounds.

    I have been waiting for something like this for a long time. I've had my eye on Ultimate forever.

    But my main question is, if I were to go ahead and purchase Ultimate, what would my pricing be if I do an upgrade to Collector's edition before the end of the summer of sound deal?

    I can get Ultimate for $500, because I have Select. What would the cost be to upgrade from there to Collector's before the deal is up?


    I know for sure that I at least want Ultimate, but I am making some decisions on the other plugins I would be receiving with collectors. Orchestra ensembles are very important to me and so I'm considering options elsewhere. Not that symphony series is not good enough, I'm just wondering if I can do better with the money I would save.

    I am not getting any option to upgrade from Komplete 12 to 14 in "My KOMPLETE Offers" ? Is that correct that there is no upgrade offers in the summer sale?

    Does the purchase of the s49/61 qualify for the K14 Standard? The “included software" link from the s49/61 page only mentions the s88. Thanks.

    Hi @DINY if your machine doesn't meet the requirements, we won't be able to offer support if there are issues down the line. So best to get a mac with intel i5.

    They've been working really hard to make sure the Komplete Offers page works well for this sale. So far I haven't seen any reports of major issues on this page 🤔 and in the case of GerardA above Komplete 14 Standard is not showing because it's not possible to downgrade.

    Maybe the guys reporting here NA telling them they don’t have the correct base product after purchasing the suggested update/upgrade or having the products in demo mode are having another kind of issue.

    If it can be useful, I can point you to the mistakes in the “what’s new for me” pages, like products already owned or products showed 2 or 3 times

    Hi @PhoenixGTR I can confirm that all our products in Komplete 14 are compatible with M1/M2 chips already: https://bit.ly/n1silic

    As for Native Access, the app itself is running natively on ARM systems but unfortunately the installers still require Rosetta2. Hopefully this will get improved soon.

    Hi @Kam we recently shortened the name of our biggest bundle Komplete 14 Ultimate Collector's Edition to "Komplete 14 Collector's Edition". If I understand correctly, you already own Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Edition? If so, the correct update for you would be Komplete 14 Collector's Edition.
