How to get Kontakt 7 working?

I updated from 6 to 7, but don't see the vst plugins for kontakt 7 in a DAW?

I am on windows10 professional 64 bit

    What's your DAW? Kontakt 7 is VST3 only. If your DAW doesn't support VST3, Kontakt won't show up.

    WHY is only VST3? And why hasn't my problem been resolved with NI support if this is the case. It's been a long slog runaround. It shows up as PASSED in my AU preferences in Digital Performer 9. But CRASHES every time I load the instrument. Unfortunate DP9 doesn't have VST3 and would cost me another $200 for the 11 upgrade with VST3.

    From NI site - macOS (64-bit only): Stand-alone, VST3, AU, AAX. If AU fails then I want my $99 back. I'm in the middle of projects and can't rely on ANY manufacturer's upgrades to actually work correctly. NI NEEDS TO PROVIDE a working AU version NOW as they advertised.

    Not happy about this!

    Glad I joined this group, I have the same problem I can’t load Kontakt 7, I run Logic Pro X 10.6.2
