Kontakt not opening in Logic

I have used Kontakt 6 player with Shreddage Drums for a few months now. All of a sudden, my old MIDI tracks in Logic with Kontakt as the assigned instrument just spin when I try to open the plugin.

I am on the latest Kontakt Player, Mac OS, and Logic releases as of this date.

I have also reset all plugins in Logic, and deleted the Kontakt DB so it could be rebuilt. Still get the spinning spikeball when I try to open Kontakt on the channel strip.

Any clues what’s happening?

    Yes. Just fine. I was able to duplicate the tracks and the Kontakt plugin worked again. A little frustrating tho since I had like 10 tracks to replicate.

    Does Kontakt run standalone?
