Arturia Instruments not visible

in Komplete Kontrol

Hello
Arturia instruments are not visible in Komplete Kontrol SW.
There are only folders, not instruments icons.
How to resolve?

    Hello,

    what exact arturia products, and what do you mean with folders? Can you maybe make a picture or describe it a bit better, maybe you mean where you normally see the picture in the browser of an instrument and you only see there folders of arturia? Have you followed the instructions to install that stuff correctly, maybe check it again.

    Hi
    I cannot find the "option to install third party content", you mentioned in your previous post.
    When selecting "Silent install and download size optimation", NKS is included. But that does'nt work.

    As I said start at the end of that thread - ASC now has the option to install NKS directly selectable in the installer as your screenshot indicates

    It looks like you have the same problem with some non Arturia products too such as Lounge Lizard and Blue 3. Have you scanned these plugins and NKS content in the standalone of KK? Does KK have full disk access?

    Yes, scanned plugins in standalone Komplete Kontrol.
    KK has full disk access.

    I also removed KK and arturia instruments completely and reinstaled - without success.

    Only Native Instruments are displayed correctly.

    It doesn’t look like it’s just Arturia affected though - is that right?

    Which suggests this is not an issue with Arturia plugins NKS but a more general one with how or where you have the NKS support files installed. Without knowing a bit more hard to know why. If you click on one of the NKS files in the search results does it load the plugin? If so then the problem may be more to do with image thumbnails.
