MK2 and MK3 keyboards are not officially supported on Windows 7, only the MK1.
The last official compatible version for the Komplete Kontrol software was 2.5.1
Should be. Windows 7 was still in play up to Jan 2020 - and the MKII series was introduced in 2017.
As log as you are using Komplete Kontrol v2.9.6 - you should be good.
