Is it necessary to uninstall/remove “Kontakt 8 Player” prior to installing the NI Kontakt 8 Full/Paid version?
Any related KB’s or instructions to address this issue?

logged off NI and NA. Logged back in to both apps using the same ID/PW. Kontakt 8 Player now shows License Full. Thx for your speedy reply and assist.
Windows here but I had K8 Player installed here for about 3 weeks prior to upgrading Komplete 15 ULT just a week or two ago and Kontakt went from Player to Full automagically following my purchase.

Kontakt (Full) and Kontakt Player are one and the same software. It is the Licence Serial Number that will dictate whether Kontakt will run as Full or Player version. Native Access will also display the correct software title name on its browser list based on the Licence Serial Number.
