Issue with Komplete Kontrol

I'm currently experiencing an issue with Komplete Kontrol. I recently switched to a new computer — a Mac with an Apple M3 Max chip and 32GB of RAM — and when I open Komplete Kontrol, none of my instruments appear inside the application. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. No plug-ins are showing up, even after performing a re-scan. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but the issue persists.

How did you install everything? With Native Access? Or did you migrate? We don't recommend migration or cloning: My Native Instruments Product does not work after using Migration Assistant / Time Machine / Carbon Copy Cloner (Mac OS)

If you installed everything with Native Access, are the products shown as installed?

If you open Kontakt in standalone, is it the same or the products are there?

You must be on Sequoia, so there are these extra steps: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia

Next step would be to reset Komplete Kontrol's database:

    Reinitialize the Komplete Kontrol Database

    1. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Komplete Kontrol folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reboot your computer and reopen the Komplete Kontrol software to check that the issue has been resolved.

Hi Jeremy, thank you for your attention.

I installed all the products through Native Access, and when I open Kontakt, all the instruments appear correctly.

I believe the issue might be that the Komplete Kontrol folder is not listed under Full Disk Access — it doesn't show up there.

Ok then please read the article carefully: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    1. Ensure that your desired app appears in the list.
If it does not appear in this list, click the + icon and add the location of the app from here:
      - Native Access and other audio software: Macintosh HD > Applications
      - Other NI apps: Macintosh HD > Applications > Native instruments

If you give full disk access and still no go, then reset the database for Komplete Kontrol, as already mentioned.
