Massive X - Error Preset need help

Hi everyone,
I am using Massive X version 1.5 with Ableton 12.2. Each time I open Massive X, I am getting an error message: ''Error loading Preset - unable to read preset file''.
Please see the screenshot attached. Althought, all my presets load and seem to work properly. I can use Massive without any issues. When I run a new scan of presets, close the plugin on Ableton and open it again, no more message of error. Thought, when I restart Ableton and open Massive X, it still consistently appears.

Does anyone knows how to fix this error message at plugin in start?

    You can try uninstalling Massive-X , reboot computer , then make a deep plugin-rescan in Ableton Live, then reinstall Massive-X , reboot computer , then make a deep plugin-rescan in Ableton Live.

    Deep-rescan all installed plug-ins. To start a deep rescan, hold ALT/Option and click "Rescan."

    Since you appear to be on Windows 10/11 then the only other thing that I could think of would be to check the Windows user access rights for the directory in question , and maybe try running Ableton Live as an Admin for while rescanning plugins and then restart as normal user again. But it probably will not make any difference.

    Of course the you can also try asking N.I. Support (all)

    Thank you for that. I am using Windows 11. Here is the directory:
    C:\Users\User\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Massive X

    Access rights are set to full permissions as Admin. Tried to run Ableton as Admin and it makes no difference.

    I haven't get any answer from the support following a ticket. Can anyone from Native Instruments help out?
