How to uninstall and re-install Komplete Kontrol without using Native Access?

Is there a method of complete uninstalling komplete Kontrol and then re-install without using Native Access. I tried to update recently and it has been running for 48 hours with no end in sight.

I thought that I had uninstalled everything according to online suggestions. But when I used the installer I found on my computer I received error message.

Access violation at address 73D63890. Read of address 73D63890.

Not possible unless you get a standalone installer from NI Support.

Consider opening a ticket with support - not a lot we can do for deep analysis on that error condition here on the forums.

What version of Windows? What version of Native Access?

It sounds like you have a conflict or a security blockage on "hostintegration". What do you use for antivirus and antimalware, and have you tried to shut those down when doing the install?

The only thing I'm using is Windows Defender. I will disable Windows defender and try again.

Hey @dujuarez That sounds like a Windows issue, is your Windows up to date? You can also check these steps: Windows Error Message: "Runtime Error!"

Even if the error message is not the same, that should help.
