Kontak 7 appears as a demo mode

Somebody can give me a solution for this issue because I tried the whole recommendations received from Native Instruments team but Kontak 7 continues showing me a demo mode for each products I already bought. Any solution or suggestion?

    Are your Kontakt 7 Kontakt Player or Kontakt full version ? and what exactly is the version 7 Kontakt that you have ? 7.x.x ?

    Also what exactly are the products that you "already bought" ? And what is your exact OS version ?

    Hi P. Thanks for your answer. I am using macOS Sequoia 15.5 and I have the full version of Kontak 7 including the Komplete 10 bundle and other plugins. I was using these without problem until I updated the Native Access to the new version for my Mac Studio M2. I am using the same Login for Native Instruments and iZotope account since they are together now. The team suggested me to Login again and I did it but nothing. Then I tried to followed the steps they suggested me removing the file NativeAccess.xml, associate with demo mode but it doesn't work. I Login into the right account because I can see the whole plugins installed and activated but when I try to use any of these on Logic Pro X the plugins appear as a demo mode in Kontak 7. Really, I don't want to re-install everything again. The weird thing is that everything was working perfectly before with the same Login ID and the same software. I have no idea what happen because I tried different ways and nothing work. Any suggestion or personal experience with similar issue?

    Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

    ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

    And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network

    Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

    @angelguitarist I'm a bit confused. Why haven't you mentioned to my colleague that his steps didn't help? it seems you created a new request instead. It would have been faster. My colleagues will get back to you anyway.

    Kontakt 7 did not ship with Komplete 10.

    Kontakt 7 came out in Oct 2022 - and unless you purchased an upgrade to K7 Full - chances are you might be running K7 Player.

    Or the libraries you are attempting to load (which you did not list) require K7 Full and that is why you are seeing DEMO mode on these.

    Would help to understand exactly which libraries you are having issues with and what version of Kontakt 7 you actually have.

    Hi Vocalpoint. Thanks for your answer. I bought Kontak 7 bundle for $299 and then I got the Kontak 7 bundle update for $99. A month ago everything was working. I just update the Native Access password to Login iZotope using the same ID as the NI team suggested me. Then I logout and login again with the new password and everything was there as before, the only difference is that now every instrument appears as a demo mode. I followed the suggestions from NI deleting the file NativeAccess.xml but the issue is still there. Nothing works until now and I had tried almost everything.

    I think that the solution to a problem of this type cannot always be to buy the new version because the prices of the full versions are not cheap and at least when we make an investment we should be able to get the product to last a reasonable amount of time, not every time an update appears.

    In my opinion something changed after the password was changed because the update of my MAC operating system has not produced any changes in the rest of the plugins that I use in Logic Pro X.

    Thanks PoorFellow. A good point is about Clean My Mac because I have been using this software for many years and until now I have never had any issue. This software has been useful to keep the memory clean and remove DNS Cache in addition to cleaning space to optimize the system. I also made sure to give a full disk access to the softwares we are talking about like NI, Logic, and so on.

    I honestly don't know what could be going on because everything was working fine just a month ago even with Clean My Mac installed.

    Well, that's the thing, Clean My Mac when "cleaning" sometimes delete json files, needed for activation for Native Access and Kontakt. Try uninstalling Clean My Mac and repair the installation in Native Access.
