KK Presets not loading standalone or DAW

Think it's something simple (maybe stupid) but can't identify why, although I have all the KK presets and the encoder works but when I press on the encoder the preset won't load.

All libraries and scanning seem OK .

Reloaded KK a bunch of times.

My libraries are on an external disk and KK seems to access.

and if you double click in the software on a preset in the browser? And what keyboard do you use?

If using Mac then there are these things to check :

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

Yes but what plugins are the presets you are trying to load for? Do you have them correctly installed and scanned in?

@mikenesor2! We need more info to help you out. What is the error message? Can you post a screenshot of it? What preset or instruments are you trying to load?
