How to remove "your subscription has changed" in Kontakt 8

I have Komplete 15 UCE, and when I open Kontakt, I keep getting the message 'Your subscription has changed'. How do I remove it?

I’ve never subscribed to 360, and the issue also appears in Komplete Kontrol and Maschine 3, where I can’t edit using the mouse.

    What happens when you click Manage Subscription?
