You can add shortcuts or change them, you can even make presets for different phases in your composition of you want/need. You can always go back to the standard settings if you make a mistake. Or if you already made your own shortcuts you just save it as preset and after resetting cubase load it back in.

Velocity is above 0 as far as I can see, so I have no idea what's going on. Of you had a midi filter it should be gone after resetting cubase. So you use the midi transformer in cubase?

I don't use midi tranformer, I have no settings saved in Midi Transformer.

I checked again with Ableton and Cubase on my PC and everything works normally.. Maybe I need to reinstall Cubase?

I honestly don't think so but it's worth trying, normally resetting prefs, as you already did, or using safe start (Ctrl+alt+shift+start cubase) is enough

Hi, well I just solved the problem. I started working on a new project last night and I don't know why but the 3 problematic notes were associated (and only to this project ..) with the play function of the transport bar. So I went into the MIDI remote and I found that they were assigned to 3 potentiometers of my M32. I can't understand why all this time these keys triggered nothing at all and on this new project they started to work for playback. So I deleted the assignments and now everything is fine ..
