Kontakt 6 not working

The instruments i created are not opening in Kontakt 6 and i have no way of importing them to Kontakt 8. Kontakt loads the banks as demos and says content is missing leaving me in no position to even manually copy my settings to kontakt 8. Pretty annoying. Should've saved them as user instruments but didn't do that for all of them sadly. Any ideas?

What is your computer type and OS version ? What is your N.A. version ? what is your DAW ?

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

On Mac then make sure that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and DAW have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (if you have used Clean My Mac then all affected products will have to be re-installed)

Unfortunately did not help. Kontakt 7, 8 working fine. Does Kontakt 6 perhaps only work on older OSX? I'm stumped as I have some instruments locked into kontakt 6 that i can't get into to export.

Sorry , my bad for not checking. Yes , first supported version for macOS 13 (Ventura) apparently is Kontakt 7.1.5 . Sorry about that , I don't have a Mac and have to check the details.

You did not tell what is your computer type ? , I also remember that if you have switched to Apple silicon then you probably need to use Rosettta to open the projects in the DAW. Otherwise then alas the Ableton Live does not yet support Kontakt auto-migration.
