Plugin Alliance VST3 plugins still broken in Komplete Kontrol

I was hoping joining NI would make a difference but so far it has not. For almost all Plugin Alliance plugins that have NKS content it is only really working well with the VST2 versions, which of course are of little use on modern MacOs systems, and rapidly becoming deprecated on Windows too (especially in Komplete Kontrol and Maschine which favour VST3 for NKS now).
This includes:
The 2 BX Synths (Oberhausen and Knifonium) which do not have working param control in the VST3 NKS versions - these had some of the best NKS support as they can export user and third party patches to NKS but these are also broken
All Unfiltered Audio plugins - with the exception of Battalion which is fairly new - do not have working param control in the VST3 NKS versions. Some such as BYOME and Triad also do not recall the patch name when you try to save user patches as NKS
For most of their effects that rely on the host to load patches - this is not working with the VST3 version and never worked in Komplete Kontrol as it has no means of opening plugin patches (which is ridiculous really)
While I have been able to create fixed versions of the NKS for almost all of these whenever I reinstall them I get the broken ones again - I would have hoped for some improvements by now - it seems Plugin Alliance are another example of a company that continuously churn out new product but do nothing to fix bugs in the older ones.

Think you have been an NI user long enough to know by now what to expect. Actually more surprised you have any feeling things like this would actually improve or posting here will make any kind of difference.
