Static on horns

I recently purchased Session Horns Pro. I'm using Kontakt 8 Player on a Mac Book Pro with M3 chip and latest Sequoia OS. On the horns samples there is static along with the note. Some notes the static is minimal or not noticeable, but some are requiring me to put a notch filter on the EQ because the static is so bad. This of course changes the sound of the horn itself. Please help… As it is the horns are unusable.

Generally this is caused by the configuration of the audio device or possibly the computer itself as there is no static in the samples. If this is happening when going through the DAW, and not when running it standalone through Kontakt it's likely in the configuration of the audio parameters in the DAW, typically sample rate and/or buffer size. Sometimes this can be fixed by using a DAW with a smaller memory and processing footprint if the computer itself is underpowered.

Thanks. You are right, I played it directly through Kontakt and no static. I have a brand new MacBook PRo with 36 GB of memory and an M3 Pro chip, so it's not the computer. My DAW is Logic Pro 11. I've trued messing with the sample rate and buffer size, but no success. Any hints about Logic Pro configuration wwould be greatly appreciated.
