Hi, as the title states I can't find the latest update to Kontakt Player 8 in Native Acces. The latest update that I was able to download was 8.1.0. Is there something I can do, as some of my libraries require a newer version and therefore I can't access them.

If you are on Win 10 - you need to be running 22H2 to ensure current updates come down to you.

Not seeing newer product updates usually means that your OS is either not supported/no longer supported or outdated.

For instance: On Windows 10 and 11, Kontakt needs the latest Service Pack (22H2 and 24H2 respectively).

Perhaps your Windows (unfortunately, you do not specify which version you are exactly on in your profile) is no longer supported/outdated?

Would be helpful to list your OS and the version of Native Access you are using.

A lack of current updates usually means your OS has aged out and you will need to consider an upgrade.

Like VocalPoint is aiming at then you need to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Else then as both Monochrome and VocalPoint already has pointed out then we also need to know your exact OS version.

Thank you for the answers and sorry about not providing sufficient information initially. I am on Windows 10 home and Native Access is version 3.18.1. I am not sure about the service pack but I'll look into it to see if that might be the issue, but has that changed from 8.1, since that version runs just fine?
