@kbryarly Regarding the missing libraries in Kontakt, how do the missing products show in Native Access?

For the missing tools and Leaps, please try the following:

    Reinitialize the Kontakt Database

    1. GoMenuFinderUserLibrary.png
    2. Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
    3. Depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
      Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
      Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
      Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
      Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8"
    4. Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

In some cases, renaming the Komplete.db3 file found in the Kontakt 8 folder can help. Make sure to do that when Kontakt is closed, standalone or as a plug-in.

Make sure to give full disk access to Kontakt, Native Access and Logic: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Regarding the Logic message about the keyboard, do you actually have a Komplete Kontrol keyboard? If so, which generation, mk1, 2 or 3?

Ok so make sure that Logic has full disk access. Close Logic and delete this file: Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs

Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the

Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

    User Library3_2.gif

Let us know if that fixed it.
