How to prevent sound cut offs on my Kontrol s88 mk 3?

    Hello,

    can you please be more specific, what software do you use with the keyboard, with what instrument, what sound and what exactly happens, does it also happen if you use recorded or drawn midi notes.

    thanks for responding. I’m using Kontakt 8 with various mostly NI plugins like Claire piano library.l via a Mac Mini It usually happens late in the day. I leave the keyboard on throughout the day. Wondering if I should turn keyboard off when not in use?

    You can leave it on - but i don´t do it with my s49mk3, if i know i go away for some time i turn it off and i would recommend it.

    @Kevin J It's not necessarily the keyboard, also the software, access to your hard drive, etc…A little restart of the app/DAW can help.

    Also make sure that all your NI stuff has full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Thank you. I appreciate all of these suggestions, all of which have helped, although the cutoff is continuing to occur, however now only when the keyboard and computer are not in use.

    @Kevin J If you choose Reload all samples here, does the cutoff go away?
