After Windows Reset Kontakt shows all instruments in demo mode

After a Windows reset of my Windows 11 computer, Kontakt shows all instruments in demo mode. How can I solve this? Reinstalling does resolve the issue, but I really don't want to reinstall all libraries if I don't have to. My instruments are all on a drive that itself wasn't part of the reset.

Alas then you can not expect things to work after a 'Windows reset' , that is what backups are for, and depending on situation then you might indeed have install at least all the apps.

Uninstall Native Access and the NTKDaemon and also remove them in the NI reg tool

Then delete the XML files mentioned here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt product XML)

Then uninstall Kontakt

Then reboot computer

Then download and install latest version of Native Access for your OS.

Then re-install Kontakt (hopefully then Kontakt is no longer demo)

Then proceed by reinstalling the Kontakt libraries following the :Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries

If any of the libraries says 'repair' then follow the Using the Repair / Relocate All Function in Native Access

Okay, I'm going through the list here, and I am at the last two lines.

The Reinstalling a "Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries" link, step 2, it says "Click Maintenance and select Locate Product Content." However, neither "Maintenance" nor "Locate Product Content" is available on my version of Native Access.

Please advice.

Try using the Add Product Content . If that doesn't work then in Native Access library view then click the three little dots in lower right side below Kontakt library picture to see if there is a 'locate' option there'

Also remember to set your general file management path in Native Access settings.
