crosstalk modular not showing in Kontakt

hi,ive downloaded crosstalk modular,its showing in my daw and i can listen to sounds but it says error when i try to load and it isnt showing in kontakt8?thanks

Thanks for both your help. I’ve finally done it . There was a NET framework update on my computer. It wouldn’t download because my storage was full. Moved everything onto an external hard drive. All big music files. Updated kontakt 8 . Crosstalk is in there .
Getting some crackles now though?

Could we get more info? What error message do you get? Can you post a screenshot of it? What's your operating system? What DAW are you using?

Hi Jeremy, I’ve got windows 10 pro , I’m using a Maschine studio. The screen on my daw says error loading every time I try to load, it’s in my preview on the screen and I can listen to each sound but won’t load. It’s also not found In kontakt 8

What DAW is it? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? If you open Kontakt 8 in standalone, can you load the library?

What version of Kontakt 8 are you using? Crosstalk Modular requires 8.3, the latest update available.

This is the version I’m trying to download it’s saying not enough disk space but I’ve bought an external hard drive of 1tb location D for some reason it’s still not loading? Thanks

Try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

hi , thanks, I had to type it into window R and then it reinitialized slowly, it’s still not there I might try reinstalling crosstalk? Thanks

Else if that still do not work then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and then reboot and then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database again. Kontakt gets some of it's info from Native Access.

Still nothing. Did the kontakt update. Did the other two things. I deleted and reinstalled and still not showing in kontakt. I’m going to raise a customer support issue with native instruments

you should also try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database , then run Komplete Kontrol as standalone.

yes I did that . Nothing. On my screen of Maschine studio it’s there and I can hear it but won’t load. It’s in my library in native access says installed. Not showing in kontakt. I’m going to try windows 11 see if that fixes it

Have you opened Kontakt 8 in standalone? Is Crosstalk Modular showing there or not?

hi Jeremy, no it’s not mate , not there at all, it’s in my daw on screen and I can audition the sound but says error when loading
