Does anyone still have a working instance of guitar rig 2?

I’m trying to restore some old music material. I used guitar rig 2 on guitars stems which I still have with no effect.
the sound used in the original track is a real sound signature. I wish I can restore this so specific sound.
It seems impossible to launch an old installer of guitar rig 2 ( it is unfoundable). May be someone kept and old version available ? Or at least a backup of the guitar rig preset which I can load in my guitar rig 5 software ?

Any help is welcomed !

    Hi @Uwe303,

    Thanks to your link, I've been able to reinstall Guitar Rig 2, get the preset I needed using demo mode and export my stems. 

    Many thanks! I'm really happy, that's all I needed!

    the idea would be to play the vanilla stem in a guitar rig 2 instance.

    Hello,

    you find the installers on the "updates for legacy products" page, just search for "guitar rig 2". It says "update" but those files should work as full installers, at least in some cases, i have not tried them all. Next issue could be the activation. Maybe it´s easier to recreate the sound, at least try it.

    Getting the installer is one thing - the bigger issue with this is activation.

    GR2 dates to circa 2005 and might actually pre-date the already long retired Service Center. GR2 may have actually still used just a serial in those days.

    Chances are slim to none that there is any way to activate this now.

    Thanks. I can install Guitar rig 2 and it works in demo mode. But is is only the installer, there is nos presets included. If someone has it, it would be helpful.
