Missing instruments in download

Hi, I have just purchased an A49 keyboard/ midi controller and have downloaded it's content. It seems to be missing some instruments such as The Gentleman piano. ( The bumph in the spec info from PMT said it was included )

I am using Ni without a DAW and was wondering whether that is why it is not showing up. Also when using piano Uno

Where are the instruments missing ?

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? Have you registered the hardware serial in Native Access ? (registering hardware typically adds items to account) Is the item showing on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ? Then be sure to be logged into same account in Native Access. Also check your emails for any mention of missing items and in particular for any voucher codes.

If the item is present on your account page and not showing in Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here: My Product is Missing in Native Access .

I can't use the control buttons located at the top of the keyboard. Is this because I need load piano Uno into the instrument slot in komplete kontrol. If this is the case then I presume I can only use komplete kontrol with whatever sounds I have in the instrument slot such as ethereal earth, analogue dreams etc ....

You do not say in which software that you can not use the buttons. But I think that you will have to use software that supports the communication between your keyboard and the software , e.g. Komplete Kontrol and a DAW. As far as I can see then your keyboard comes with the Ableton Live Lite DAW and I will advice you to learn the basic use of that. ASAP. You still need Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol loaded on a track in the DAW to use the DAW with your keyboard.
