Inquiry About Using Action Strings 1 with Kontakt and Komplete 15 CE
Dear Native Instruments Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently purchased your product, Komplete 15 Collector's Edition, and I’ve been enjoying using Action Strings 2 which is included in the package. It’s a fantastic tool—thank you for creating such inspiring instruments.
However, I also own an older version of Komplete Ultimate, which includes Action Strings 1. I would love to use Action Strings 1 alongside Action Strings 2, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to figure out how to use it properly with the latest version of Kontakt.
Despite searching extensively, I couldn't find a clear solution. Could you please advise if there’s a way to load or activate Action Strings 1 within the current Kontakt version that comes with Komplete 15 CE?
I would really appreciate your guidance on this matter.
Thank you in advance for your support.

You should see Action Strings in Native Access alongside Action Strings 2. If you install that it should appear in Kontakt 8. It's showing in K8 here on my Mac so it should appear on yours.

A side note for next time:
Seen how you wrote your post, I suppose you were expecting to be speaking directly to NI support.
This is not the case. Writing here in the forum will put you in contact with other users (or if you are very lucky, one of the few NI employees acting here in the forum, if they see your thread).
Although you could have the chance to find another user like you able to help you (many of us here are trying to do their best to help others), the right way to speak to support is trough this link:
