How to cure Native instruments locking when in Studio One

In Studio One clicking on a kontakt 8 program like Vintage Guitar it will lock if I choose a different style in Vintage Guitar…. If it doesn't lock it takes 2 to 5 minutes to load. any answers

  Without knowing what version of Studio One, what version of Kontakt, and what OS you are using makes this difficult to troubleshoot.

  I am using Windows 11 updated on a Dell workstation. I have the latest Kontakt 8 and Studio One 7.1.

  What exactly does the system do when it “locks”? Studio One is very resilient 99% of the time.

  Do you see an Error message? Frozen screen? Super slow?
