Login your account , go to support , license, speak to ai , go through the motions , then ai should let you send a message to support , you need to provide proof of purchase, photo etc , you might be able to do that when they reply .

The good people at native got me sorted and all 3 serials swapped to my account! Now I can use Traktor 3 longer than 30 minutes lol Thank you for your help in the matter, it is very much appreciated
