I was unable to update the firmware on my Kontrol S61 MK3 last night, March 22, 2025.
My keyboard is only 6 months old.
I have the same screenshot as another user on this forum.
1.9.4 Updater Firmware
0.0.1 Installed Firmware ??
Black screen on my Kontrol S61 MK3.
I've tried the method given via this forum to enter recovery mode but it doesn't work.
Do other users have this problem?

Have you also updated Komplete Kontrol, the Hardware Connection Service in Native Access?

How is your keyboard connected?
