Unable to load own aupresets instruments in Kontakt 8.
I'm currently working on building a few custom instruments in Kontakt 8 on Logic but am having trouble saving them at times as it freezes and recently I couldn't load any of them without Logic freezing. I've tried to search in different forums on how I should fix this issue including contacting the NI support but have received little to no help.
I'm wondering if there are specific formats I need to follow with the samples I'm uploading. Currently they are WAV, Stereo, 48KHz, & 32-bit.
Besides this, I've also tried to load other instruments and there are no issues. I've also updated my os and restart my computer multiple times but it still doesn't work.
I'm hoping someone here can help me solve this issue. Thanks!

Also, just realized that it's not shown here but I'm currently running on Sonoma 14.7.4 on a Macbook Pro 14" 2023, M3, 8-core CPU / 10-core GPU, 24GB unified memory, 1TB storage. My DAW is Logic Pro X ver 11.0.1.

Personally I always use the standalone for sample instrument building, it is not necessary to do that in a DAW which just adds another layer of complexity, and especially something like Logic which has things like sandboxing getting in the way.
It sounds like you are trying to create a sampler preset then save that as an aupreset rather than first building and saving it as a Kontakt instrument.1 -
I see what you're saying. I've not thought about using the standalone to build the instruments. I do intend to save it as a Kontakt instrument in the future though.
