I have followed the page to sort out this problem but I am still getting the same message when I load komplete kontrol in logic 11. Please help. Thanks.
Did you run Komplete Kontrol in Standalone mode before using it in Logic?
VP
yes. I have already done that and refreshed the plugins. It recognised them, then when I loaded it in logic it still came up with the same message. I have also deleted and reinstalled komplete kontrol. But I’m still getting the same message. I have a lot of projects that I have saved and now the komplete kontrol in them loads empty.
Which version Komplete Kontrol were you using. VS what you are using now?
If you switched from KKv2 to KKv3 I think I know the issue
I have the latest version. I have looked at the website but I can’t find the option to download the earlier versions.
See here for KK v2.9.6

Also note - unless you purchased a "new" MKIII series keyboard - there is no real reason to "upgrade" Komplete Kontrol - especially if you used KK on a bunch of older projects.

Have you tried to rescan the library of Komplete Kontrol when inside Logic?
