Hello, fellow NI enthusiasts :)
Love the system, and all seemed well until my sound library grew too large for the HD on my laptop (M1 Max, 64GB RAM, running Sequoia 15.1.1). Moved my library to a 2TB external drive (Crucial X10 Pro V2) and now when I attempt to open a Kontakt 7 instrument in a Logic track, I get an error stating "the .nki file could not be loaded. The File format is not supported or corrupt." The applications themselves remain on my laptop hard drive. Opening up Kontakt 7 independently of Logic, all instruments play just fine using my MIDI keyboard (Roland Juno DS). Using Finder to view NI files there: Users-Library-(instrument folder)-(instruments), the .nki files appear normally. Viewing my Library within Kontakt 7, samples play normally. My download/content/application locations view in Native Access all appear correct. I'm sure there's something simple my 'analog eyes & brain' are missing here. Anybody suffered something similar? Thanks! Mark
