Multi Script unresponsive in Kontakt 8

Anyone know why the FlexRouter 2.2.3 multi-script is completely unresponsive in Kontakt 8? Tested it from previous Kontakt multis on Kontakt 8 VST3 and AU. Still works great on Kontakt 7.10.7 on yesterdays update and of course Kontakt 6. We use FlexRouter on many, many instances throughout the templates. Is this a Kontakt 8 bug or a change in the scripting engine? Any insight would be very much appreciated.

This seems directly related to Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 hosting of Kontakt 8. In touch with VSL.
